What's included
What a full replacement means.
The old boards come off first. Then everything below goes on new.
- 1FasciasThe board along the bottom edge of the roof. Your gutter is fixed to it.
- 2SoffitsThe board underneath that closes the gap between the fascia and the wall.
- 3GutteringCarries the rain off your roof, set to a line so it falls the right way.
- 4DownpipesTake the water from the gutter down to the drain.
- 5Dry vergeInterlocking caps along the gable edge, fixed on rather than bedded in mortar.
